other clients. I have been in the real estate financing business
for over 15 years and have placed financing in various types of
properties, ranging from single family residences to commercial
buildings, as well as gasoline stations and others. This has
enabled me to develop a vast knowledge and ask for the right
information that is needed to get the appropriate financing in
place. The client benefits by reducing the amount of time spent
on searching for the different lenders that specialize in the
various types of financing available; instead, the client can
deal with me to resolve his/her financial needs.
